Schedules have slowed down and I am finally getting back into my routine of Sunday cooking. {never thought I'd say that} Last Sunday I tried out Emeril's "Baked 3-cheese Macaroni" and it did not disappoint! This recipe is a cinch and one to try with kids or so Everyday Food instructs. No matter what age you are, this is the perfect, Fall recipe to whip up if you're jonesing for comfort food with a twist. Think cheddar, monterey jack and parmesan cheeses cohabiting with bacon, garlic, cayenne and nutmeg all in one casserole dish. 12 minutes in the oven and you can plant that tush right back in front of the tube just in time for the Bears game.
