I'm in a wistful mood today. Craving the idea of wearing a skirt with bare legs whilst having lunch alfresco but Chicago weather has other plans for me. As in 30-something degrees. Looks like I'll have to table that notion. Tis true...this weather has left me a tad uninspired so I leave you with a fabulous Spring-inspired image and a quote that certainly rings true.
