Waffled.

I really love dresses. I also happen to have a fondness for the color red. Pair those two together and you have my new favorite dress. The waffle texture makes for a fun detail on an otherwise semi-ordinary dress. It was love at first site.

Who doesn't love a kicky skirt, right? The minute I slid it on, I knew it was coming home with me.

I remember I took these pics when the weather was at its worst in Chicago. Think 10 degrees for the high. It was murder.

But this dress...I can't wait to wear it for a night out styled exactly as such and then again later with converse sneakers and a backpack on the weekends. (more on that later!)

Sometimes you find those pieces that just make you feel special. Well...this dress was one of 'em.
